Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carriers, weather conditions, holidays, logistical inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control. BrightPage is not responsible for delays caused by third parties; however, we will make every reasonable effort to assist customers in obtaining updated information regarding their shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting us within 7 days of delivery and providing photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

If an order is considered lost in transit, we will investigate the matter with the corresponding carrier. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

BrightPage is not responsible for orders that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing their order.
